Overall, I really like the commuter tote. The canvas fabric is sturdy and the print is beautiful. My 13" MacBook Air fits easily and there are plenty of pockets for phone, pen, lip balm, etc. The only thing I don't like about this bag is the faux leather strap and handles. I think faux leather looks and feels cheap and it doesn't wear well. I've only been using my Commuter Tote for a week so everything still looks new but, in my past experience with faux leather from other companies, it can go from looking new to looking worn and ragged very quickly. I also don't like the fact that faux leather is made from petroleum products. I would much rather see the handles and straps made from the same canvas as the bags or a solid color cotton webbing that coordinates with the canvas print. Real leather handles and straps would be great, too.

Great design and quality

The bag zipper was smaller then width of bag so unable to put laptop in bag without struggling. Quality seemed good but sent back before tried it out.
